Great set of images of a wonderful bird

I think 344 is my favorite, its such a good side profile with the wings at full extension, beautiful bird.

344 and 107 are my favorites of the bunch, but you've captured an excellent series of images.

Great stuff Paul. Must get over there.

worth a visit kev think the snow helped ,shame that the other kent reserve has been closed for the short eared owls

Paul, how are you able to get a well-lighted white owl image, beautifully contrasted against the black sky background?
How do you get the sky blackened?

A little processing but remember in the snow everything gets lit from underneath slightly ,i probably used negative exposure .
