A black-capped chickadee. They are one of the cutest and sassiest birds we have. They stay year round which is great for us specially in winter, when the birds are few and far between and the weather depressing.

One of the benefits feeding sparrows etc. Imagine sitting in your garden yust finished calibrating a lazer dot sight and then this guy show up and landed on my garbage-can rack! (heavy crop) ca.25meter last summer

Lovely shot. They are gorgeous birds. We had a regular female visiting last summer. Now their visits aren't quite so frequent so the little birds are happy.

Thanks Tim! I've seen it many times in my garden. But it is only 5-6 seconds most of the times. I mounted the birdfeeders inside my hedge but the sparrowhawk penetrating the hedge too.. Hope I nail it with my camera with some proper shots sooner or later.
