What are your favorite or standard go to settings for your Sony A7III?

It really depends on how much depth of field I want in my food photography pictures. That setting changes everything. It also depends on how much natural light I have that day. Since most of mine is indoor photos I have to adjust as I go.

I agree with @Barbara. I adjust as I go. It depends on what I am shooting. I have mine set up for bbf, usually spot focus small, sometimes eye focus and sometimes expandable spot small focus. Most of the time I have it on AF-C. The rest is pretty well dependant on what I am shooting

Hi all it depends on what I'm shooting. for birds in flight i use AF-C, with lock on AF small @ 1600/s and auto ISO
