Tricyrtis hirta 'Miyazaki', the Toad Lily, in my garden.

Both images were produced by focus stacking in Helicon Focus. The second was taken at f2.8 in order to throw the background as far out of focus as possible.

Thank you! I love shooting abstracts, macros and closeups, and sometimes, yes, there is overlap there, especially when I use a lens wide-open and a very shallow DOF. With winter and cold weather now in the air, I'll be shooting a lot more of this type of thing for the next few months.
