I just purchased the A6600 and will be pairing it with my 200-600 Sony G. What are some of the unique features that I should be looking for with this set up? Any quirks that I need to be aware of? I look forward to your responses.

I'm curious to see what responses you get.
I often regret not timing my a6000 upgrade so that I could get the a6600 instead of the a6400 that I ended up with. The primary differences between the a6400 and a6600 are battery and ibis but that's not quite enough for me to take the hit and trade (up?) to the a6600.

I upgraded from an a6000 to the 6600. No regrets. Battery life is much better. I can leave the a6000 grip with 2 batteries home. IBIS works great. I usually shoot with a Tamron 70-300. A great rig to travel with. An 18-55 is only other lens I carry. I downloaded the Kindle version of Davis Busch’s a6600 book to my iPhone to navigate the cameras menus.

So far I have been very pleased with the performance of my 6600. The clarity of the images along with the pairing of my 200-600mm have been outstanding. It is quick and reliable. Love the silent shooting feature and the tracking as well as the batter life.
