no the 200-600 will do the job and so will the 300 2.8 g a-mount I used on some of the shots
I bought a Sigma 105 f2.8 macro at a GAS moment. Very frustrating using a macro. And something I'm having a difficult time with. Having more fun using my 100-400 and 24-105.

Yep I have done the macro lens thing way back when, but it is quite possible to use a zoom lens, with practice come results enjoy.
 
Beautiful details from the very 1st shot to the last shot and I did take notice of the lens size that you used as well.
You have done a great job on these, and I hope some of these shot are not just left in a folder.
Could turn these into place mats and or cup holders. If you understand what I mean.
These are too good to be just looked at here and there when you remember them.
 
Stunning photos and thanks for showing what that 200-600 lens is capable of, inspiring me to take mine into the garden and see if I can achieve similar results.
