Sony A7 IV Sensor rattle sound when the camera is turned off.

Hello folks!! I am new to the Sony ecosystem. I received my Sony a7IV from Amazon today.

Straight out of the box I am noticing a sensor rattle sound when I gently shake the camera body when powered off. When I turn on the camera with/without a lens, I do not hear the sound anymore.

Does anyone else have an a7iv that 'rattles'? Is this expected? On a quick search online, I found its the IBIS. Just concerned and wanted to hear from the experts here.

Welcome to the Forum Naveen. As to your question, if the sound you here is a faint, dull thud, then yes, my M4 does the same thing.

Don't worry, it's pretty normal. It's just the IBIS system moving around when there's no power.

Additionally, please let me know if the click sound, which locks the sensor for ibis is normal when I turn on the camera. (Find attached video)
