Certainly not the most favored of subject matters in this forum, but one of my favorite past times. Racing season is getting underway here in Michigan.
This Friday evening I'll be at Milan Dragway for the first of the Heads Up racing series, including 'Outlaw', 'Run What Ya' Brung', 'Motor City Muscle' and 'All Motor'. This series also has snowmobile racing. The skis replaced with a series of small wheels in a ski-like pattern.
Next Saturday will find me at Flat Rock Speedway for 'Outlaw Super Late Models', 'Figure 8', and 'Street Stocks'. This will be my first time shooting oval track and Figure 8. I'll be shooting from the infield with the main track photographer. Really looking forward to this, I just hope I can get some decent shots.
Now, if the weather will kindly cooperate...
