The A7S III can shoot up to 4k 120p and 1080p 240 FPS. The a7IV can shoot up to 4k 30p & 1080p 120 FPS. 4k 60p is possible in Super 35 / APS-C Mode. 

3. ISO Range

The A7S III has a normal ISO range for movies of 80-102400 & 80-409600 expanded.    The A7 IV has a normal ISO range for movies of 100-51200 & 100-102400 expanded.

4. EVF & Display

The A7S III features a 9.44M dot EVF and a 1.44M dot touch LCD display.   The A7S III features a 3.68M dot EVF and a 1.04M dot touch LCD display.

5. Autofocus

The A7S III features Eye AF for Humans & Animals for stills but only Humans for movies. The A7 IV features Eye AF for Humans, Animals & Birds for both stills and movies.
