The Shepherd 24 hour clock at the Royal Observatory Greenwich. This was one of the earliest electrically driven public clocks, installed in 1852. It is set to GMT. At the foot (excuse the pun) of the clock are British Imperial Standard length measures, these were installed in 1859.
