Splitting time between the northeast US and west coast of Florida, the sun either rises or sets 90 degrees from the beach. Don’t know what I would do seeing the sun rise or set at the end of the beach . Great pictures!!!

If the sun sets or rise 90 degrees from the beach I always try to find an interesting foreground to give the composition depht. On this shot I uses plants etc.

If the sun sets or rise 90 degrees from the beach I always try to find an interesting foreground to give the composition depht. On this shot I uses plants etc. View attachment 80591

That is another amazing shot, very well done indeed. We don’t have anywhere nearby where there is a nice foreground like that. To add some spice to a photo sometimes we can catch a sailboat or fishing pier that lines up well with the sun.

Yes fishing piers can be very usefull sometimes aswell as boats/boatswrecks too.
