Extracting photo's from 4K film Sony A7IV-200-600mm + 1,4TC

Was experimenting with extracting photo frames out of 4K movie taking with A7IV 200-600mm + 1,4TC then run it in Topaz gigapixel so I have ca. 5-6 mb. Made a 16x9 crop with two grey area's in Affinity photo.
This was shot from a white tailed eagles hide in Norway.

Although I have to run it threw gigapixel its more then good enough for posting on instagram etc. Not so good for large printing do..
