I paid for my pro membership a while ago now, but it still does not appear under my avatar. Does anybody know if there's a reason for that, or if the people who run this have just forgotten? Thank you.

Hi Colin. Sorry, looks like the automatic upgrade didn't go through for some reason when the PayPal payment was made. I've fixed it now so it should be showing on your profile. Thanks for supporting the forum! Tim

Yes, I noticed yesterday that it was showing now. If I may ask a question: how I do I upload photos as standalone post? The the only way I have managed is by replying to somebody else's post, unless I am posting under the e-photograph section. In that case, I can just initiate a post by posting a photograph. I hope I've made sense.

If you create a new thread in one of the many forums here by clicking the "post thread" button then you should see the button "upload images" below the text entry field. Let me know if you can't see that.
