Mixed Sports Day

I decided to take advantage of the beautiful weather a couple of days ago to shoot a tennis match. Not only was there plenty of light but the temperature was much more comfortable than the weather we've been having. I also decided to play around more using the electronic shutter, speed boost, and pre-capture to see how it would work with fast moving rackets. I was pleased with the results but discovered that 30fps does fill the card quickly but also makes it much easier to catch shots with the ball on the strings. I did use APS-C mode some to reduce file sizes. Once I finished with tennis I went into the gym to shoot a volleyball match. It was a huge difference in conditions.

I love it when I can shoot fast enough to be able to read the text on the ball.
