Brand new to Sony. A couple of questions about the a9iii menu: 1) I want to set the C2 button to single point autofocus and hold. Can't figure out how to do this--is it possible? 2) I would like to set the control wheel to adjust iso without having to push the #3 position first--in other words just turn the dial and the iso is adjusted--is this possible? 3) I've used pre-capture for many years and am completely familiar with how it works. When selecting pre-capture start trigger / AF Assign Bn in the menu, I selected Shutter Half Press. The shutter release button was deactivated and the back button focus was selected and I discovered that with the front focus deactivated, half pressing the shutter release would not initiate pre-capture. I reactivated the front focus button (back button still active) and when I half pressed the front focus button, pre-capture was initiated--good. However, when I pressed the back button to focus, it also initiated pre-capture even though I had selected in the menu for the front button to initiate pre-capture by half pressing the shutter release. Is it possible to set the camera for pre-capture and half press the front focus button to initiate pre-capture while the back button only initiates focus (not initiate pre-capture)? Sorry for the long explanation. Thanks.
