I deliberately left a little more negative space on the right side to suggest room for the ducks to keep moving in that direction. Did that work, or does it simply look like I missed the opportunity to center the image?

In my opinion the left right positioning seems fine whilst a top- bottom positioning in favour of 1/3 to 2/3 more sky and less water might enhance the theme of expanse.....just a thought...

Thanks for the suggestion. Here's how it looks.

Hi St,
I think a marginal visual improvement over the balanced negative space in the original but probably not enough of an improvement
To attract third party commentry strongly either way.

I generally avoid putting the horizon in the middle, but for this image, I wanted more of the glass-like smooth water instead of the busy sky.

Thanks for your thoughts, Ray.
