Birds Common Merganser

There is a golf course down the road from where I’m now living with a really nice small lake ( not so nice for the golfers , it’s full of golf balls ) anyway they quite a bit of wildlife on and around it which is great .

I really hope the green one is the female. Otherwise what a win for the guys there! Actually what a win for the guys anyway, definitely punching above his weight..! It looks like the joker going out with Anne Hathaway...

Green is the male. Not many ducks have the female looking as good as the male.
