In Czech Republic before Xmas I wanted to photograph the “dancing house”. Having visited the day before, I noticed a large flock of white swans on the other side of the river, so the next day I went to the dark side.That time of year there are no shadows. We don’t get such a dull sky, with such soft light in Australia so I was well out of my depth. Hundreds of photos are dull and lifeless.
