Hi to everyone!
This is my first post in this forum, and I will replicate what I shared yesterday in the companion FB group.
This image was taken in April 2020, by using
a Sony a6000 and a "vintage" Pentax S-M-C Takumar Macro f4 (wide open) + a Kenko MC7 Macro 2X Teleconverter.
Other data are: ISO 200, Shutter speed 1/80 s.
Even if I used a tripod, I wasn't able to use a slower shutter speed (and lower ISO!), due to some weak (but annoying!) breeze.
About post-processing, I slightly enhanced the clarity and the saturation via Capture One (for Sony).
I find that using a vintage lenses for macro on my a6000 is very satisfying!
It allows me to "think" more when I shoot. Moreover I am also learning to use several focal lenghts, without spending too much money.
What do you think about vintage/legacy lenses? Have you ever tried one of them?
