I always shoot jpeg xfine. It can be unforgiving but that's a learning tool as well. Knowing that you won't be able to save a shoot afterwards.Before having my A7C I shoot raw with my phone but editing those files was time consuming and they take a lot space as well.When I got the camera I opted for saving time and doing quicker edits.
