Sony A7 IV Downloading and deleting Movies

All,

I understand the downloading images procedure, but I cant for the life of me find the info in the manual or online how to download movies or delete them on your camera without removing the SD card. Any advice would be appreciated.

Im an idiot, as always figured it out minutes after asking but only after trying to figure it out for a while. The camera was set on the image mode...
