Black Tailed Skimmer. She is very freshly emerged and was still pumping up. They lose the gold edging on the wings quite quickly.

Southern Hawker. Very freshly emerged and still drying out. This was in my garden on Wednesday. She dive bombed me out of our Ash Tree!

nice Kev looks like a nice selection I have hardly seen any this year (y)

Cheers Gary. They were very late emerging this year. Lots around now.

Very few around so far, like many insects this year. A little worrying.
Great selection of photos Kev.
Cheers Mark

Cheers Mark. Everything has been late, but there are some good numbers here in Norfolk now. Spud ssid he's hardly seen any up north either.
