Trying to replicate the dummy battery from Amazon that was inserted into battery compartment like your a6100, I believe needs betw 7.4 and 8.4 volts for a7iii. I doubt a 5v USB battery pack will work thru battery bay circuit.As tcoquelin suggested, a 5v usb bat pack would work by using the a7iii USB port.I personally use a FZ-100 dummy connected to 18650 battery pack lasting only 8 hours. For overnight it's likely best for 20K bat pack to cam's usb port.
