I was looking for birds but found a cute little dragonfly damselfly (Edit: thanks Unframed Dave for the correction)

For information, that's a damselfly. Easy to tell the difference, dragons have their wings out to the side when resting, damsels alongside their body as in your photo.

A tonne of these blokes are always sitting on my tree in the backyard. 🌞

Thanks for the info. I did think mine looked a little different than some other fine photos in this category
