full frame sensor fluid and swabs

Hi I have 3 full frame sony bodies and my a9 has 3 tiny marks on the sensor I normally only use an artic butterfly brush and I am not keen on blowers. So I asked at Ron Harrisons shop and they use visable dust swabs and eclispe fluid can anyone share there opinions on these products or advise on the ease of use of fluid and swabs. I would get the a9 cleaned in store but I have 2 more bodies and having had a sensor on a77ii damaged by Jessops I am nervous thanks all.

I have used a sensor cleaning kit I purchased on Amazon that included swabs as well as a liquid solution. I have used it on my A1 as well as A7R3 to clean their sensors with no issues whatsoever. It's actually quite easy to do with many Youtube videos going over how to do it.
