I recently purchased an A7 III. It was quite a debate in my mind between an A7R ll and the A7 lll but, finally settled, the biggest deciding factor was frames per second. My daughter is a pitcher in a travel softball team and I knew I would be taking a lot of photos during tournaments. I also love shooting landscape and animals, we do a lot of hiking and living in Maine we've got wildlife all around us. That brings me to lenses lol, I purchased a Sony 16-35 f/4 and a Tamron 28-75 f/2.8. My goal is to pick up a zoom for sports, I was thinking the Sony 70-200 G f/4 but, there are so many options it's hard sort through them all. So for now, I'll continue my research and try to make a good decision but it really seems all subjective on what lens will work for what you need and of course, $$$
