I saw some kids chasing some bubbles in old Ibiza town

I dont think so but having said that the shot is f22, where are you looking because I think I know

To the left, roundish lighter spot against the blue sky. Perhaps a strange looking small cloud

yep that is exactly what it is I was a bit upset about that, it actually was less visable and looked more like a cloud before dehazing
