It's a challenge to work with the rink lighting and keep the shutter fast enough to stop action without taxing the ISO. I used to get away with 1/640 sec, but looking at this photo, I am going to bump it up a stop or two since the shooter's stick could be sharper. The rink glass is a challenge too, nothing like using a $3k lens and shooting it through thick,
smudged glass.
