I don't think I've ever looked down on a rainbow. This was on the cliffs at the Valley of Rocks in Lynmouth. Unfortunately, I couldn't get it all in one shot, and was going to take a three image pano, but it disappeared before I could take the shots. The rainbow did a complete arch from one end of the shore to the other.
