, interesting because it was almost abandoned by the early 1960s due to people leaving to find work which left an aging population, Lucca is hundreds of years old and recently is slowly being repopulated. The shots below show the old streets and shop signs from the 1930s on and even when a shop is reopened they have to keep the old signs and frontage as it was

Thanks Tim for comment I have laid off the travel snaps on here for a while and had a play around in editing and hopefully, I can do a better job going forward

Great shots. I love the first 3.

I spent only one afternoon in Lucca but I loved it. Very charming town with great food (like all Tuscany). I always say that I must come back to fully explore it and enjoy it.
