Luminous Leaves

This shot was taken on 11 Nov 2024 at about 18:50 in London, so it was pretty much pitch dark at this time. I loved the way the leaves were illuminated by the street light and so tried to take a photograph. The images came out virtually black so really hard to pull anything out of the RAW file. LRc and the denoise feature did a good job, but there is still quite a bit of noise in the image at road level. If I tried to crank up the denoise feature in LrC I ended up with loads of colour artifacts. I was a little surprised as the ISO at ISO 6400 is not so high.

It's very atmospheric! Even the noise, being so like a grain, adds to feel of the pic, rather than detracting.
