I had to go down south of here on Monday to do some deliveries for my wife's small business so I took the opportunity to do some scouting for locations for some time lapse videos and took my new RX 100 VII with me for a bit of a test drive.

Yes, Port Willunga is a good spot. There is a very good cafe/restaurant there called “The Star Of Greece” which is named after a ship which was wrecked there. I have decided it’s a good spot for a time lapse so I need to get organised to do one down there. Have to take note of the tides though. Is a great spot for sunsets too. Another thing I had in mind was to do a really long exposure with my new ND filters to really blur the water. BTW, the photo of the kestrel was taken in the dunes here.

There is not one thing wrong with any of these shots.
But I am a sucker for older buildings as much as I am a Birder.
But I love that shot and would be putting it on the wall if I took it.
