As the tram approached … this delivery guy just kept getting closer and closer to death. despite all the honking and people yelling at him.

Tram stopped.

These “shared zones” need a little more thought. Maybe some red light lines tracking 20m in front.

Or, the tram should just continue on it's route and go straight over them. When these dopes are extinct they won't be holding people up any more will they. There's no problems with the zone, there's just a problem with people being in la la land...

They get about with their headphones on, completely oblivious to what's happening around them. Zombies...

I like the detail of alarmed people watching the scene about to happen. It sure adds dramatism to the picture.
