Boy, I am impressed by your stalking skills as well as your photography. Most of these shots were taken by a 200 mm lens. That is incredible
Jeff, no stalking needed for these, they almost walk up to you in the Royal Parks.
 
Cracking series of shots Paul. I visited Attingham Park a couple of weeks ago, only fallow deer there though. Need to get myself to either Bradgate Park or Tatton Park if I want to see the red deer.

Not really meant to be that close in the rutting season 50m is the suggested range ,the parks make it easy they are used to people ,different at other locations where they can be tetchy ,but even in scotlands highlands they will come close if they smell food , in clencoe there is snack wagon where they hang around .although the rut never really gathered any pace this year it never got cold enough so a little dissapointing
