Sony A7 IV Setup menu (A7 IV): #6 Accessibility is missing

In the Setup-menu "Accessibility" (no 6) doesn't show up - does anybody know what I might be doing wrong?

You're not doing anything wrong and it's not missing. Unless the camera was manufactured for the North American market, Accessibility doesn't exist.
