Nic image Jan, I am waiting for their arrival in the North East of the UK....i understand due to a poor berry harvest in Scandanavia this year the RSPB and other birding organisations are expecting the arrival of high numbers in the UK.....here's hoping

Thank you Ray ... the last time i saw waxwings was 2 years ago. Today there was only 1 bird, normally they are in groups, but anyway you have to be lucky to find them.
