Indrah the tiger has a habitat without bars - there's a wide moat between her and the crowd, and a flat upright fence on the human side of the moat - she cannot scale the fence from the water. She swims in the water (tigers can enjoy swimming), but normally only in summer. I saw her plunge into the water a few months back when there was a cormorant swimming in it. She jumped in the water, but the cormorant dived, so she lost track of it.
Today there was a duck swimming in her water, and she was watching it closely, even stalking it, clearly annoyed that the duck was invading her space. It made for some good shots, but I really liked this one:

She's a Sumatran tiger, the smallest breed, but still a large and powerful cat. It's a brave duck that tempts a domestic cat, but one this size???
