Two focus areas

Suddenly I have TWO Focus areas appearing on my screen. One white and another with color
I am set up for back button focusing............how do I delete the second Area???

On the A7RV, at least (and probably more models - I just noticed it first on the A7RV), it will show multiple focus boxes if it recognises multiple things of the type it has been set to recognise (eg: three human faces when set to "Human" and looking at three people). One is usually brighter than the others - that's the "current" target. You can switch which one is current using the joystick (or other ways).

Is that what is happening to you?

You can't "delete" the second area (or third one, etc).
