I'm not sure if you all would agree to call this a "pancake" lens or just a very compact lens, but it is less than an inch thick.
Details at a glance:
26mm f/2.8
minimum focusing distance of 0.2m
weight 130G
filter size 43mm
As an APSC user, they already gave us the 25mm f1.7 which is not as compact, but is brighter, cheaper, and comes with a functional lens hood. I have enjoyed that lens, so I will not be waiting in line for this lens. However, if it had been available a year ago, I'd likely have bought it, because I like that the FE lens has a slightly closer minimum focusing distance and has the weather sealing gasket... in addition to being half the length of the APSC lens.
