Very nice, I know how difficult it is to get these. I spent a long time with a bottle of whiskey afterwards to sooth the frustration.

Great photos but is the shutter speed correct? I’m surprised that a hummingbirds wing beat can be so successfully frozen at 1/200 sec. Whilst the stationary bird is shown at 1/1250 sec. Or is that a flash sync speed?

Yes shutter speed is correct. 1/200 is sync speed
