Which tele photo lense is best for my sony a6100?

Hi everybody,
I have a Sony a6100 and I am intrestes in tele photo from animals especially when they are moving such as birds when they are flying. I want to buy one of these lense, which one you recommend in terms of autofuc consistency, sharpness ,... Sony 200-600, Sony 100-400, Sigma 100-400, or sony APS-c 75-350?

The 200-600 Sony is a great lens if you need the reach and can manage it.

you will rarely (if ever) find yourself saying "oh no, i have too much reach!" when it comes to wildlife - i recommend the longest lens you can afford. all of the native sony lenses have good autofocus, you will likely find your limitation there is your body's capability.
