Just wanted to introduce myself and give thanks for letting join.

I am a new-to-Sony, but long time (30+ years) hobby photographer. I just recently, picked up a Sony Alpha a7R III. I previously shot exclusively Canon products and my Canon 5D Mk II was always my goto.

I am absolutely thrilled with the quality, weight, etc of the Sony Alpha body.

Hoping to learn, share and explore. Thanks again!

Thanks Jeff. I'm having a blast with this little camera with a huge punch! There are so many features that I love. I bought my Canon 5D MkII about a month after it came on the market. Great camera, but it just started showing it's age. I needed/wanted something newer.

This is a collegial and supportive, knowledgeable group. You can learn a lot from your fellows. And the Sony is a great camera. Nice lenses, too.
