The F16 first flew in 1974. That was an aircraft well ahead of it's time. I remember watching the British Tornado F3 engaging them in combat in Sardinia. The aircraft flew towards each other and once in the combat zone the Tornados turned tail and ran away.

The f15, well that's just beautiful too.

Thankyou yes love me jets shame there are no tornados now flying ,still we have the typhoon which is nice ,the f35 i am not so keen on .

does not look or sound like one although not much does ,still the americans relied on us to build the gear box for vertical lift off that they could not do on there own.
