Hi everyone!
I recently traded in my complete Canon DSLR kit for a Sony A6400/18-135mm bundle. It is definitely an adjustment, but, as I learn and practice it is getting better. The Autofocus are different. The Canon had a great touchscreen and it was easy to change the focus spot. It only had 9 focus points, but was spot on.
Often times, when I focus, the green box is no where near the area and I can’t figure out how to get the wheel to change the point up or down or just to get it to focus automatically more to the center. I have tried each focus area with no luck. Thx for any tips.

Hi Terry, how are you getting on now? You can use the touch screen on the a6400 to move the focus point around, have you tried this? If you aren't using the touch screen then the focus point will normally lock once it's set. If you assign the "Focus Standard" to a custom button then this will unlock it so you can move it again. If you assign it to the trash can and double click it will move it back to the centre for you. You can read more about the focus standard function here: https://helpguide.sony.net/ilc/1810/v1/en/contents/TP0002273529.html?search=Focus Standard

Thank you very much! I have been learning a lot watching YouTube tutorials and reading forum comments. It is working out much better now. Thanks!
