I just realised we don't have an image thread for the Sony FE 70-200 F2.8 GM OSS II, so I'll kick this off. I mainly use this lens for shooting at my local motocross track but it's also a cracking portrait lens and a fairly decent wildlife lens with the 1.4x or 2x attached. Where is this, looks fantastic, I have a local track recently opened near to me, (and my own KTM 350excf) keep meaning to go take some photos (and ride) it one day. The weathers been so bad though they have not had many open days!

I find my 70-200mm F2.8 MKII with 2x to be excellent for birds if stopped down to f7.1. My copy is ok at best at f5.6 but excellent at f7.1 . Lens on its own is so good I find it hard to see how sony can ever improve it, other than weight? or wider f2

This near to Clee Hill, Shropshire. They have only just opened up as well due to the crappy weather. They normally just run a practice day every other week on Wednesday and occasionally on the weekends. I've been tempted to get a bike. I had a little KX80 when I was younger but I don't really have the time to ride right now. If my boys get into riding then that would give me a good excuse to get one!

That’s great, highly recommend at least trying out the dirt bikes, a totally different experience to road and track riding
