So, exceptionally late here, but what does everyone think 2021 will bring? Not who will win the Super Bowl or EuroVision, but camera industry related.

I'd say fair-game to repost something you heard/read somewhere but please include reference to original source so we could look further if so interested in that point of view.

I'll ante up with mine:

2021 will be a year of industry contraction. Some lens mounts, formats (buh-bye micro 4/3rds) or perhaps even some smaller market companies will either cese development or actually announce they are selling/ending research, production and support.

Sony and Canon will stay the strongest.

Nikon will limp through.
