Editing

Anybody editing on their iPhone only?

Nope.

I'm not (yet) an 'official' old fart, but I can see myself becoming one... As it is, my 61-year-old eyes much prefer waaay more real-estate for editing photos and/or watching the game or movies....

Same goes for music. I just can't understand why young folks think MP3s on their phone sound 'awesome'.. 🙄 Gimme a FLAC or DSD file with some actual resolution (no lost bits) and NOW your talking! But I digress...

There are a lot of folks here with a wealth of diverse experience. Perhaps one of them will chime in.

Cheers!

I use my iPhone if I’m shooting a game and get that one photo I just have to share immediately. I send it to Creators App, move it to my phone and do some quick crop and edits. Otherwise it’s Lightroom Classic all the way. My workflow is cull from about 900 to about 50, batch denoise if lighting was bad, get a coffee or a beer, crop, exposure, remove distractions (with hockey there are always parts of a stick in the shot) then publish.

Fully agree, at 64 1/2 (not ready to say 65 yet) I prefer to work on my desktop for everything from editing to email. It’s not just the screen real estate, it’s also about having a full size keyboard and not having to type like I have squirrel fingers.
