I think this is a superb photograph. The color of St Paul's and the telephone box makes me think this is an infrared photograph, but those bright streaks of color make me think it isn't. It doesn't matter one way or the other. It is just a really good photograph, and I like it very much. If it were my photograph, I would probably use Photoshop to get rid of the telephone box.
