Vermilion Flycatcher dad having just fed his young is off to find more delicious bugs for them.
 
Busy Vermilion Flycatcher seems to be non stop with looking for flies and other bugs for his young. Good dad. Makes for great shots for us photographers.

I have a question. Each time I try to upload it's uploading the image twice. I am going to where it says insert image, clicking on full image and then when I post it's duplicated. How do I not do that?
 
Click on the "Upload Images" that has the paper clip. Then click in the thumbnail and you'll see "Insert" which you click on, then you'll see "Full Image" which you click on. That is all you need to do.
