1980s Audio

[THXGEEK]

I spent the morning digging thru boxes in my basement - looking for items that can be donated to Goodwill. And I found some of my old mid-80s audio hardware!

• ILCE-7CR
• TAMRON 25-200mm F2.8-5.6 A075 E
• 73.0 mm
• ƒ/10
• 1/160 sec
• ISO 40000

Every moment of my time at home usually had some tunes playing. I wanted to test the tape deck, but to my dismay, could not locate a single tape!

This is even more appalling because I have this hanging on my living room wall... Does anyone remember this?

At this point I would assume that any tape I found might not be in playable condition unless of course it was a Maxell. I sold off my setup that had a tape deck in the 90s after I got a PC with a CD-R.
